Smoked salmon pizza 2 ingredients

  • 3⁄4 c Mascarpone cheese
  • 2 med Shallots, minced
  • 1 T Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T Chopped fresh chives
  • 4 oz Smoked salmon

Cooking Smoked salmon pizza 2

1. Note: mascarpone is a smooth, mild italian cheese.
2. Put a pizza stone on the lowest rack of the oven.
3. Preheat to 400°F.
4. (if you use a metal pizza pan instead, do not preheat the pan).
5. Mixi cheese, shallots, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon chives.
6. Spread over 2 12" pizza shells.
7. Slide the pizzas onto the pizza stone.
8. Bakei 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
9. Immediately sprinkle with walmon and chives.
10. Makes 2 medium pizzas, 8 slices each.
11. Per slice: 168 calories, 19 grams carbohydrates, 5 grams protein, 1 gram fiber, 8 grams fat (3 grams saturated), 223 milligrams sodium.
