Smoked salmon and endive tea sandwiches ingredients

  • 6 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 Scallion -- finely chopped
  • 4 sli Black bread
  • 6 oz Smoked salmon -- thinly
  • Sliced
  • 1 Head endive -- leaves
  • Separated and
  • Washed

Cooking Smoked salmon and endive tea sandwiches

1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with a wooden spoon until soft.
2. Stiri in scallions.
3. spread mixture in a thin layer on bread slices.
4. Place salmon on two of the slices; top with endive.
5. Cover with remaining slices of bread, pressing down gently.
6. refrigerate sandwiches until firm, then trim edges, forming rectangles.
7. Cut lengthwise into quarters.
