- 100 g 3, 5 oz smoked mackerel Half lemon squeezed.
- 50 g 2 oz low fat curd cheese.
Cooking Smoked mackerel pate
1. Remove the skin and bones from the smoked mackerel.
2. Place in liquidizer with cheese and lemon.
