Slow-Cooked Chili ingredients
- 2 lb Ground beef
- 2 16 oz ca kidney beans -- rinsed and drained
- 2 14.5 oz diced tomatoes -- undrained
- 1 8 oz. ca Tomato sauce
- 2 med onions -- chopped
- 1 Green pepper, chopped
- 2 clv garlic, minced
- 2 T Chili powder
- 2 t salt -- optional
- 1 t Pepper
- shredded cheddar cheese -- optional
Cooking Slow-Cooked Chili
1. In a skillet, brown beef; drain.
2. Transfer to a slow cooker.
3. Add the next nine ingredients.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours.
5. Garnishi individual serving with cheese if desired.
