Slow Cooker Bouillabaisse ingredients

  • 2 lb fish fillets, boneless, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 lb Shrimp, shelled
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 lb scallops
  • 2 c clams, shucked
  • 2 tomatoes, can (1 lb each)
  • 1 c white wine
  • 1 c Onion, chopped
  • 1 c Celery, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c olive oil

Cooking Slow Cooker Bouillabaisse

1. Place all ingredients in slow cooking pot: stir to blend and cover.
2. Cook on low about 3 hours.
3. Ladle into soup bowls to serve.
4. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
