- 18 Corn husks or parchment

- 3 t Tamari
- 5 t Canola or safflower oil
- 3 T Onion flakes, dried

Cooking Sloppy Joe Tamales
1. To make filling: Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Stiri to combine.
3. Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamalesi: Basic Procedure".
