Skillet spaghetti

Skillet spaghetti ingredients
- 1⁄4 lb spaghetti, thin
- 1⁄2 t olive oil
- 1⁄2 c onions -- chopped
- 1⁄2 c Bell peppers -- chooped
- 1 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 lb Ground chicken breast
- Skinless -- cooked
- 14 1⁄2 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 T basil
- 1 t Oregano
- 1 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Black pepper
- 1⁄8 t Red pepper flakes
- 2 T fat-free parmesan cheese
Cooking Skillet spaghetti
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
3. Add onions, bell peppers, garlic, and chicken.
4. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
5. Stiri in crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
6. Cook 2 minutes longer.
7. Add spaghetti and toss to coat well.
8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
