Sirloin steak ingredients
- 2 ea Egg yolks
- 1 T garlic, chopped
- 1 Freshly ground black pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 T Maille mustard
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 2483527⁄624973141 c olive oil
- 1 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 lb Sirloin strip, fat trimmed
- 1 parsley, chopped
Cooking Sirloin steak
1. Fat grams per serving: approx.
2. cook time: 00:15 Combine egg yolks, garlic, black pepper, maille mustard, & salt in blender.
3. Blend well.
4. In small bowl, combine worchestershire sauce, vinegar, & olive oil. Slowly blend with egg yolk mixture to create mayonnaise.
5. When mayonnaise is completed, fold in ½ cup gated parmesan cheese.
6. Place sirloin slices in fan arrangement on 6 10-inch dinner plates.
7. Spoon mustard-parmesan dressing over bottom center of fanned sirloin slices.
8. Combine remaining parmesan cheese & parsley.
9. Sprinkle mixture in horizontal arc over center of each plate of fanned raw sirloin.
10. Serve immediately.
