Sidney's cornbread ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sifted flour
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Yellow cornmeal
- 1 t Salt
- 2 t Sugar
- 3 t baking powder
- 3 Egg; beaten lightly
- 1 c Milk
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Cream
- 2483527⁄624973141 c butter, melted
Cooking Sidney's cornbread
1. Sifti the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Add the eggs and milk and beat with a spoon until the mixture is just moist.
3. Beat in the cream and melted butter.
4. (do not overbeat).
5. Pour the batter into an 8 ½ x 11-inch buttered pan. Bakei at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Yield: approximately 12 pieces.
