Shrimp with Snow Peas 2 ingredients

  • 1 lb Frozen shrimp
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 T Dry white wine
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c chicken broth
  • 2 t Fresh ginger root
  • 2 T Cornstarch
  • 1 c water
  • 3 T Vegatable oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb Snow Peas
  • 3 Green onions
  • 2483527⁄624973141 cn Water Chestnuts
  • 3 c Cooked rice

Cooking Shrimp with Snow Peas 2

1. If shrimp are large, split in half lengthways.
2. Combine soy, wine, chicken broth, ginger, cornstarch, and water.
3. Set aside.
4. Heat oil to a high temperature in a wok set over moderately high heat.
5. Cook the shrimp, snow peas, onions and water chestnuts one ingredient at a time, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes, or until tender yet crisp.
6. As each ingredient is cooked, remove it from the pan and add another.
7. When all are cooked, return them to the wok, stir and add the soy sauce mixture, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
8. Serve over hot rice.
