Shrimp with chili sauce ingredients

  • 1⁄2 lb Shrimp, shelled & deveined
  • 1 Onion, sliced thin
  • 3 T Chili sauce
  • Salt
  • 3 T Oil
  • 1 Prepare shrimp and onion.

Cooking Shrimp with chili sauce

1. Heat oil in wok to smoking point.
2. Stiri fry shrimp and onions in it for about 2 minutes.
3. Add salt and chili sauce.
4. Stir everything together and cook about 2-3 minutes longer.
5. Note: shrimp do not require a great deal of cooking time, so do not overcook as they will have a tendency to become "tougher" in texture.
