Shrimp Premavera ingredients

  • 1 lb large to med shrimp
  • 1⁄2 Diced red pepper
  • 1⁄2 diced yellow peppar
  • 1⁄2 Diced green pepper
  • 1⁄2 c Chopped onion
  • 3 clv Chopped garlic
  • 1 yellow squash sliced 1/4 in diagonally
  • 2 cn Stewed tomatoes
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 3 clv Chopped garlic
  • 1 T Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 T itialian seanoning
  • 1⁄4 c white wine
  • 1 box bowtie pasta

Cooking Shrimp Premavera

1. in large pot add canned tomatoes, olive oil, 2 tbsp salt&pepper itialian seasoning, garlic, wine, and sugar.
2. cook for 15-20 min, stirring occasionally while sauce is simmering in large saute' pan add 2 tbsp olive oil and squash, salt, pepper, and garlic cook over med to high heat for 2-4 min add peppers and onions saute' for 5-10 min or until peppers are bendable add to tomato sauce and add raw shrimp cover and simmer for an additional 10-15 min stirring 2-3 times when you add shrimp to sauce you should add pasta to boiling water with 2 tbsp oil and 2tsp salt when pasta is done drain well and place on plate add sauce on top and garnish with chopped fresh parcely and a sprag of fresh parsley this is a fun and tasty recipe and im sure all of your friens will enjoy.
