Shrimp Jumbalaya ingredients

  • 1 cn Beef broth
  • 1 cn Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cn Mushrooms
  • 1⁄2 c Celery, chopped
  • 1⁄2 c bell pepper -- chopped
  • 1⁄2 c Onion, chopped
  • 1⁄2 c Green onions; chopped
  • 1⁄2 stick margarine
  • 1 1⁄2 c Rice -- uncooked
  • 1 lb Shrimps, peeled and deveined

Cooking Shrimp Jumbalaya

1. Put all ingredients into rice cooker; stir.
2. Plug in for 20 minutes.
3. Stiri occasionally while cooking.
