Shrimp Goldfish ingredients

- 2 T Scallions, white part only
- 2 T Cilantro
- 2 T fresh pork sausage
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ginger
- 2 t soy sauce
- 1 t Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 1 t Sesame oil
- 2483527⁄624973141 t white pepper
- 2 t Cornstarch
- 1 T Dry white wine
- 30 har gow wrapper
- 2 T Peanut oil
Cooking Shrimp Goldfish
1. Combine shrimp, bamboo shoots, scallions, cilantro, pork sausage, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, pepper, cornstarch, wine, and peanut oil-mix well.
2. Cover and chill for 2-24 hours.
3. Place a teaspoon of filling mixture onto the edge of a har gow wrapper.
4. Foldi edge over filling toward center.
5. Fold sides in toward center.
6. Pinchi sides into center.
7. Fold in top and pinch in to form tail.
8. Press gently around filling to form head.
9. Dip chopstick into red food coloring and dot eyes.
10. Place into a bamboo steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
11. Serve hot or warm, with chile oil to the side.
