Shrimp Cakes ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Italian bread crumbs
- 372529⁄-2009260032 lb cooked shrimp -- chopped
- 5 Eggs, beaten
- 2483527⁄624973141 c parsley, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Mayonnaise
- 3 T Dijon mustard
- 1 t Salt
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t worchestershire sause
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Tabasco sauce
- Beaten eggs and bread crumbs -- for dipping
- Oil for frying
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Cooking Shrimp Cakes
1. Mixi all ingredients to blend thoroughly.
2. For each cake, shape 1/4 cup of batter into a patty 1 inch thick.
3. Dip into additional beaten eggs and coat with addit ional bread crumbs.
4. Deep fry at 350^ until golden and crisp, about 3 minutes fo r each.
5. Garnishi with lemon wedges.
