  • 4 artichokes (3/4 Lb. Each.)
  • Lemon wedges

  • 2 T Minced Fresh dillweed
  • 2 T Dijon mustard

Cooking Shrimp &Amp; Dill Sauce In Artichoke Cups

1. Wash artichokes.
2. Cut Off Stem Ends amp; Trim About 1 Inch From Top Of Each artichoke amp; About A Fourth Of Outer Leaves.
3. Rub Top Of artichoke amp; Trimmed Leaves With A Lemoni Wedge.
4. Wrap in Wax Paper amp; Microwave.
5. Place Upside Down On A Rack To Cool.
6. Spread Center Leavesapart amp; Remove The Choke.
7. Chill If Desired.
8. Bring 1 1/2 C. Water To A Boil in A Saucepan.
9. Add Shrimpi.
10. Reducei Heat amp; Cook 3 Min. Drain Well amp; Rinse With Cold Water.
11. Chill.
12. Peeli amp;Devein Shrimp; Set Aside.
13. Combine Yogurti amp; Next 4 Ingredients in A Small Bowl.
14. Stiri Well.
15. Spoon 1/4 C. Yogurt Mixture Into Each Center Of artichokes.
16. Arrange Shrimp Around Upper Edge Of Each artichoke, Hangingi Over.
17. Garnishi With Additional dillweed.
