- 3 jalapeno chile peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 ancho chile peppers, cut in pieces

- 1⁄4 t Pepper

Cooking Shredded Pork For Tacos
1. Combine all ingredients with enough water to cover pork Cover; and cook over medium high heat until it comes to a boil, stir occasionally Reducei heat to medium Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours or till pork is fork tender Stiri occasionally and add water if needed Remove pork and reserve liquid Straini the cooked vegetables from cooking liquid Cool pork till easy to handle Shredi pork with two forks pulling meat apart from the grain of meat In medium saucepan, combine shredded pork, all of the reserved cooing veggies and two tablespoons cooking liquid Mixi well Cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or till heated through, stir occasionally.
