Short crust pastry ingredients
- 8 oz SR Flour
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2 oz Lard
- 2 oz margarine
- 7 t Approx Cold Water
Cooking Short crust pastry
1. 1 oz caster sugar (for sweet pastry) Mixi flour and salt in a basin, rub in lard and margarine.
2. Using a knife to cut and stir, mix with cold water to form a stiff paste.
