- 1 Young chicken
- 4 oz Mushrooms
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1 t Ground coriander
- 1 t Ground peppercorns
- 1 qt Stock from chicken liquid
- 1 t Monosodium glutamate
- 1 t soy sauce
- Frying oil
Cooking Shirley maclaine's chicken and mushroom soup
1. Cook chicken in water until tender, remove flesh and cut into small pieces.
2. Reboil chicken bones about two hours in some water.
3. Straini stock.
4. Slice mushrooms.
5. Fryi crushed garlic, coriander and peppercorns in a little oil, add mushrooms and chicken meat, including the liver.
6. Add stock with soy sauce and simmer 10-15 minutes.
7. Add monosodium glutamate, stir well and serve.
