- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 6 California nectarine
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Cream sherry
Cooking Sherry Nectarine Sorbet
1. In large saucepan, heat juice and sugar until sugar dissolves.
2. Cool. In large bowl, combine nectarines and sherry.
3. Stiri fruit mixture into sugar mixture.
4. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
5. (Or freeze in loaf pan instead.
6. ) Thirty minutes before serving, process in blender or food processor and refreeze until serving.
