Sherried Steak Strips ingredients
- 8 oz beef round tip steak
- 2 T Dry sherry
- 2 T Low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1 t Vegatable oil
- 1 Green onions
Cooking Sherried Steak Strips
1. Cut beef steaks into 1-inch wide strips.
2. Combine sherry, soy sauce and garlic.
3. Pour over beef strips.
4. Meanwhile heat oil in 10-inch nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. Drain steak strips well; reserve marinade.
6. Pat strips dry with paper towel.
7. Stir-fryi steak strips 1 to 2 minutes.
8. Remove to warm serving platter.
9. Add reserved marinade to pan; cook until bubbly and heated through.
10. Pour over steak strips; garnish with onion.
