Sesame shrimp or chicken ingredients
- Marinade
- 1 lb Chicken -- or shrimp
- 1 Egg -- *
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Sugar
- 2 t Sesame oil
- 1 T Rice wine
- Sauce-
- 1 T worchestershire sause
- 1 T hoisin sauce
- 1 T soy sauce
- 3 T ketchup
- 2 t Dark soy sauce
- 2 T Sugar
- 4 T water
- 1 t Sesame oil

- 2483527⁄624973141 T Cornstarch
- Oil for deep-frying
- 1 T Sesame seeds -- roasted in Wok
Cooking Sesame shrimp or chicken
1. * use whole egg for chicken; egg white only for shrimp.
2. Cut chicken in bite size pieces Place meat in marinade.
3. Add cornstarch.
4. Mixi Heat wok and add oil. Deep-fry chicken over medium heat until golden brown.
5. Cook shrimp only until pink, peel, put in saltwater a couple minutes, rinse and dry thoroughly.
6. This is to keep shrimp crisp.
7. When chicken is done remove from oil and drain.
8. Bring sauce to boil.
9. Add cooked meat and stir-fry over high heat until liquid has almost evaporated.
10. Dish meat onto platter.
11. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
12. Serve with rice.
