Sesame Roasted Chicken Breasts ingredients

  • 50 chicken breast halves
  • 1 c soy sauce
  • 1 c Scallions
  • 1⁄4 c Ginger
  • 2 T Sesame oil
  • 1 T Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T Red chili peppers
  • 1 t Freshly ground white pepper
  • 3⁄4 c Dry white wine
  • 3⁄4 c Rice wine vinegar
  • 6 c Sesame seeds

Cooking Sesame Roasted Chicken Breasts

1. Combine chicken, soy, scallions, ginger, sesame oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, pepper, wine, and vinegar-mix well cover and chill for 2-48 hours.
2. Remove chicken to drain, discarding marinade.
3. Coat breasts evenly with sesame seeds.
4. Place onto a shallow baking pan. Remove from oven.
5. Serve hot.
