Sesame Roasted Chicken Breasts

Sesame Roasted Chicken Breasts ingredients
- 50 chicken breast halves
- 1 c soy sauce
- 1 c Scallions
- 1⁄4 c Ginger
- 2 T Sesame oil
- 1 T Fresh lemon juice
- 2 T Red chili peppers
- 1 t Freshly ground white pepper
- 3⁄4 c Dry white wine
- 3⁄4 c Rice wine vinegar
- 6 c Sesame seeds
Cooking Sesame Roasted Chicken Breasts
1. Combine chicken, soy, scallions, ginger, sesame oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, pepper, wine, and vinegar-mix well cover and chill for 2-48 hours.
2. Remove chicken to drain, discarding marinade.
3. Coat breasts evenly with sesame seeds.
4. Place onto a shallow baking pan. Remove from oven.
5. Serve hot.
