Sesame, Mustard Rub ingredients

  • ---BEEF,POULTRY,pork,LAMB,FISH---
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 t Mustard seed
  • 1⁄2 t Finely slivered lime peel
  • 2 t Lime Juice
  • 2 t Sesame oil

Cooking Sesame, Mustard Rub

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mash until fairly smooth.
3. Makes about 3-1/2 Tbsp.
