Sesame ginger chicken ingredients
- 1 T Sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 t Grated ginger
- 2 T Honey
- 2 T Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 4 (4 oz) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
Cooking Sesame ginger chicken
1. Vegetable cooking spray thin green onion strips combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.
2. Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap, and flatten to ¼ inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin, coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals.
3. Place chicken on rack, and cook 4 minutes of each side, basting frequently with soy sauce mixture.
4. Transfer chicken to a serving platter; garnish with green onion, if desired.
5. Yield: 4 servings (about 201 cal per serving.
