Sesame Chicken Salad ingredients

  • 3 c Cooked rice
  • 2 c Cooked chicken breast
  • -- (slivered)

  • 1 med Cucumber; peeled, seeded,
  • -- and cut into 1-1/2 x 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 med Red pepper; cut into 1-1/2 x 1/4-inch strips

  • 2 T Sesame Seeds (optional)
  • -toasted
  • ---SESAME DRESSING---

  • 1 T Peanut oil
  • 3 T Rice or white wine vinegar
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 1 t Sesame oil

Cooking Sesame Chicken Salad

1. Salad: Combine all ingredients; stir well.
2. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
3. Sesame Dressingi: Combine all ingredients in jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously.
