- 1 Basic yeast dough; see recipe for
- 1 Egg whites
- 1 T water
- 372529⁄-2009260032 T Sesame seeds
Cooking Sesame Buns
1. Recipe by: Southern Living Divide dough into 8 equal pieces.
2. Roll each into a ball, and place on greased baking sheets; press down lightly with fingertips to resemble a bun. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees), free from drafts, about 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
3. Combine egg white and water, beating until frothy; brush over buns.
4. Sprinkle buns with sesame seeds.
5. Bakei at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or -----.
