Seafood Rollups ingredients

  • 12 flour tortilla
  • 1 lb Cream cheese
  • 1 T garlic Powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Cocktail Sauce
  • 1 lb Lump crabmeat

Cooking Seafood Rollups

1. Spread tortillas with cream cheese.
2. Sprinkle ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder on each.
3. Spread 1 teaspoon cocktail sauce onto each.
4. Divide crab meat evenly between all tortillas.
5. Rollup tightly.
6. Place, seam side down, onto a sheet of waxed paper.
7. Cover and chill for 4-24 hours, until firm.
8. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
9. Place, cut side up, onto a serving platter.
10. Serve slightly chilled, or at room temperature.
