Seafood Lasagna ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 c Milk
  • 2 c chicken broth
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
  • 1 t basil
  • 2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Green onion, sliced
  • 15 lasagna Noodles, Uncooked
  • 1 c Cottage cheese, small curd
  • c shrimp, cooked, cut into bite size pieces
  • c bay scallops, cooked, cut into bite size pieces
  • c crabmeat, cooked, cut into bite size pieces
  • c Dry white wine

Cooking Seafood Lasagna

1. Heat butter in a large saucepan over low heat until melted.
2. Add garlic.
3. Stiri in flour and salt.
4. Cook, stirring constantly until bubbly.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Stir in milk, broth and white wine.
7. Return to stove and heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
8. Boil for one minute.
9. Stir in mozzarella, onions, basil and pepper.
10. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
11. Spread about 1 1/2 cups of the sauce in an ungreased 9x13 pan. Top with uncooked lasagna noodles, overlapping as needed.
12. Spread cottage cheese over the noodles.
13. Spread with another 1 1/2 cups of sauce, and then with another 5 noodles.
14. Top with seafood and another round of sauce.
15. Add last 5 noodles and top with all remaining sauce.
16. If desired top with 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
17. Bakei, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
18. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
