Seafood butter sauce and baste

- Main Ingredient: Crawfish Shrimp Various Fish

- Yield:
Seafood butter sauce and baste ingredients
- 1⁄2 c butter
- 1⁄2 t Dried rosemary
- 1⁄2 t Dried tarragon
- 3⁄4 t Salt
- 1 T Lemon juice
Cooking Seafood butter sauce and baste
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Brush on seafood; baste occasionally during grilling.
4. May also be served warm as a nice dipping sauce with shrimp, crawfish, crab and lobster.
