Scones(Chef's)

Scones(Chef's) ingredients
- 18 c Unbleached white flour
- 6 c Sugar
- 7 T baking powder
- 3 T Salt
- 3 c butter
- 9 Eggs
- 4 T vanilla
- 2 1⁄4 c Milk
- 1 1⁄2 c Raisins, blueberries
Cooking Scones(Chef's)
1. In a very large bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
2. This is a heavy dough.
3. Roll out to 1/2-inch thick.
4. Cut the dough with a 4-inch round cutter.
5. Place scones on lightly oiled cookie sheet.
6. Bakei at 350 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
7. Tops are a golden brown when done.
8. Serve warm with real butter, Lemoni Curdi, or Mock Devonshire Creami.
9. Makes 120 scones.
