Schwartzie's Potatoes ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen hashed browns
  • 1 c Diced Onion
  • 1 cn creamed soup (mushroom)
  • 2 c Sour cream
  • 8 oz Sharp grated cheddar cheese
  • salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Cooking Schwartzie's Potatoes

1. Slightly thaw hashed browns, and preheat oven to 350. Mixi ingredients and place in 9 by 13 dish.
2. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and cover with tin foil.
3. Bakei at 350 for 1 hour 30 minutes.
