Scallops zinfandel ingredients
- 7 scallops
- 2 Chopped onion
- 1 T Chopped parsley
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 c Zinfandel White Wine
- Salt, pepper
- Plain Crackers
Cooking Scallops zinfandel
1. Place scallps in a dish and pour wine over them.
2. Sprinkle with onions, garlic, salt & pepper 7 crumbled crackers.
3. Garnishi with parsley & serve.
