Scallops with snow peas ingredients
- 3 T Safflower oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1⁄3 lb scallops
- -- sliced into ΒΌ" rounds
- 3 c Snow Peas
- 1⁄2 t white pepper
- 1 T Light miso
- 1 T arrowroot

- 1⁄4 c water
Cooking Scallops with snow peas
1. Stir-fryi garlic in safflower oil until it begins to color; add scallops and stir-fry 1-2 minutes.
2. Remove scallops and garlic.
3. Add snow peas to oil and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
4. Add pepper, miso, and arrowroot.
5. Stiri-fry an additional 2 minutes, then return scallops and garlic to pan and heat through.
6. Serve.
