Cooking Scalloped tuna

1. Heat breadcrumbs with milk and margarine until margarine melts.
2. Meanwhile, beat egg and egg whites.
3. Stiri in salt, pepper, onion, parsley flakes, and tuna.
4. Gradually stir in hot milk and crumbs.
