Scalloped potato beer casserole

Scalloped potato beer casserole ingredients
- 4 large Russett potato w/skin
- 1 c Onion sliced
- 1 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 t garlic salt
- 2 t Paprika
- 2 T All purpose flour
- 2 t Sugar
- 4 T margarine
- 1 lb swiss cheese, grated
Cooking Scalloped potato beer casserole
1. Peeli potatoes and slice into 1/8 inch slices.
2. Layer a buttered casserole dish with ¼ of potatoes spread evenly in dish.
3. Sprinkle potatoes with ¼ of onions.
4. Combine in a small bowl salt, garlic salt, sugar, paprika, and flour.
5. Blend well.
6. Sprinkle 2 ½ teaspoons of this mixture evenly over first layer.
7. Dot with 1 tbs butter cut into pieces.
8. Continue the procedure for 3 more layers.
9. Pour beer over casserole and top with grated cheese.
10. Bakei at 350 oven for 1 hour.
