Scalloped oysters -1 ingredients

  • 1 pt Oysters, (select or large)
  • 1⁄2 light cream
  • 3 c Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1⁄2 c margarine; melted
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2 t Celery seed
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper

Cooking Scalloped oysters -1

1. Greasei 11 ½ x 7 ½ x 1 ½ baking dish.
2. Arrange oyster (with liquor) in baking dish.
3. Pour about half the cream over oysters.
4. Combine crackers, margrine and seasonings, sprinkle over oysters.
5. Pour remaining cream over oysters and seasonings mixture.
6. Bakei uncovered 30-40 minutes.
