Scallop Bubbly Bake ingredients

  • 1 lb scallops
  • 8 oz Lobster meat
  • 1 Onion, finely diced
  • 3 celery stalks, finely diced
  • 1 cn mushrooms, sliced, 8oz
  • 1 green pepper, finely diced
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 cn cream of mushroom soup, 10oz
  • 1 c buttered bread crumbs

Cooking Scallop Bubbly Bake

1. Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt.
2. Sautei vegetables.
3. Place in a greased casserole.
4. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs.
5. Bakei at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
