  • 1⁄3 c soy sauce
  • 2 T white wine
  • 2 T Catsup
  • 1 T Peanut oil
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Scallion-Soy Barbecue Sauce

1. Combine ingredients-mix well.
2. Use as a baste or dipping sauce for skewered chicken or beef.
