Scallion pancakes #2 ingredients

  • 2 c All-purpose flour
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 c Boiling water
  • Peanut oil
  • 1⁄2 c Chopped whole scallions

Cooking Scallion pancakes #2

1. Place flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
2. Gradually pour in boiling water, stirring with a wooden spoon to mix. When cool enough to handle, knead with your hands about 10 minutes until the dough is elastic.
3. Place dough in a bowl and cover with a damp dish towel for 30 minutes.
4. Roll the dough out to a rectangular shape approximately
