Savory rice and spinach

Savory rice and spinach ingredients

- 1 med onions, diced
- 1⁄4 c olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 c Rice, uncooked
- 6 chicken bouillon cube
- 3 c water, boiling
- 1⁄2 t sage
- 10 oz Spinch, frozen, part-thawed
Cooking Savory rice and spinach
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Sautei" onion in oil. Add rice.
3. Saute" 2-3 minutes, stirring well.
4. Transfer to a 1 ½ quart casserole.
5. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and add sage.
6. Pour over rice.
7. Place spinach on top of rice.
8. Bakei covered at 375 °F for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
9. When done, gently stir spinach into rice.
