  • 1 c Rice
  • 1 Bell pepper -- sliced
  • 1 Onions, sliced
  • 2 cn Beef broth
  • 1 lb Hot sausage
  • 2 T butter or oleo

Cooking Sausage and chicken jambalaya 2

1. Sautei sliced pepper, onion and hot sausage in butter for 5 min. in 9 x 13-inch pan, mix consomme and rice.
2. Add sausage mixture.
3. Place chicken breasts on top and cover with foil.
