Sauce Esterhazy ingredients

  • 1⁄4 lb Mushrooms
  • 1 Shallot or green onion
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 t Paprika
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 1 c Sour cream
  • 1 t worchestershire sause

Cooking Sauce Esterhazy

1. Dicei mushrooms.
2. Mincei shallot or green onion.
3. Sautei mushrooms and shallot or green onion in butter.
4. Add paprika, salt, sour cream, and worcestershire sauce.
5. Simmeri for 2 minutes, but DO NOT boil.
6. Serve over broiled sirloin or T-bone steaks.
