Sandwich spread 2

Sandwich spread 2 ingredients
- 6 c Cucumbers
- 4 c Onions
- 3 Red sweet peppers
- 3 Green Pepper
- 1⁄2 c Salt
- 2 c Apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 c butter Or margarine
- 3 c Granulated sugar
- 3 T flour
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1 t Mustard seed
- 1 t Celery seed
- 1 c Cream
Cooking Sandwich spread 2
1. Grindi cucumbers, onions and sweet peppers until fine.
2. Mixi salt thoroughly with vegetables.
3. Let set for 2 hours.
4. Mix salted vegetables and venegar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
5. Drain (reserving vinegar) and press until dry. Blend butter or margarine, sugar, flour, eggs, spices and reserved vinegar.
6. Stiri in vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Add cream and bring mixture to a boil.
8. Pack into hot sterilized jars and seal or feed fresh to a crowd.
