Salsa Verde Fresca

Salsa Verde Fresca ingredients
- 1 lb Canned Tomatillos
- 1⁄4 c Cilantro
- 1⁄2 c White onion
- 3 T Jalapeno chile
- 1⁄4 c Scallions
- 3 T Fresh lemon juice
- 1 t Kosher salt
Cooking Salsa Verde Fresca
1. Drain, core, and mince tomatillos.
2. Combine tomatillos, cilantro, onions, chiles, and scallions add lemon juice to taste.
3. Cover and chill up to 8 hours.
4. Add salt to taste just bfore serving.
5. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
