Salsa Verde Anaheim

Salsa Verde Anaheim ingredients
- 20 oz Diced green chiles
- 1⁄2 c Onion
- 1 T garlic
- 1 T Corn oil
- 1 T Kosher salt
- 1 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T Cornstarch
- 2 c Beef stock
- 2 c water
Cooking Salsa Verde Anaheim
1. Combine chiles, onions, and garlic in a food processor.
2. Pulse to chop fine, without reducing to a puree.
3. Heat oil in a saucepan, over a medium flame.
4. Add chile mixture, heat and stir to brown lightly.
5. Stiri in remaining ingredients-mix well.
6. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until thickened Remove from heat and allow to cool.
7. Cover and chill for 1-96 hours.
8. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
