Salsa Verde 2

Salsa Verde 2 ingredients
- 1 cn Mexican green tomatoes (10oz); drained
- 1⁄4 c Onions, finely chopped
- 1 T Cilantro; coarsely chopped,*
- 1 t Canned Serrano chilis; Drained, rinsed, and Finely chopped
- 1⁄4 t garlic, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄8 t Freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Salsa Verde 2
1. * Also called Chinese parsleyi or Fresh Corianderi.
2. In a small bow, combine the tomatoes, onions, coriander, chili, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mixi gently, but thoroughly together.
4. Taste for seasoning.
5. Refrigerate if not to be used immediately.
6. It will only keep for a couple of days.
7. Yield: 1 cup.
