- 4 tomatoes, peeled and seeded
- 8 Scallions
- 5 Pickled jalapenos, minced
- 4 Sprigs cilantro, minced
- 1 Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T olive oil
Cooking Salsa picante de jessica harris
1. 4 medium-size ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded 8 scallions, including some green part, minced 5 pickled jalapenos, minced 4 sprigs cilantro, minced salt & pepper to taste (4 cloves garlic, minced) (2 tbs olive oil) mix all ingredients in a food processor until they form a thick sauce.
2. Chill and serve.
3. The ingredients in parentheses are my own additions makes about 1 ½ cups.
