Salsa Flavored Beef Steak ingredients

  • 1 1⁄4 lb boneless beef chuck blade st
  • 1⁄3 c Salsa
  • 2 T Fresh lime juice
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 t Dried oregano
  • 1⁄4 t Ground cumin

Cooking Salsa Flavored Beef Steak

1. Combine salsa, lime juice, garlic, oregano and cumin; reserve 2 tablespoons marinade.
2. Place beef steaks in plastic bag; add remaining marinade, turning to coat.
3. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours (or overnight, if desired), turning occasionally.
4. Remove steaks from marinade and place on grid over medium coals*.
