Salmon Quiche

Salmon Quiche ingredients
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c mushrooms -- chopped
- 1 T parsley, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Mayonnaise
- 1 cn salmon -- drained and flaked
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Half-and-half
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic salt
- 1 t Prepared horseradish
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1 c Shredded Swiss cheese
Cooking Salmon Quiche
1. Line a 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate with pastry; trim excess pastry around edges and flute.
2. Prick bottom and sides of quiche shell with a fork.
3. Bakei at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
4. Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, stirring well; set aside.
5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese into pastry shell; top with salmon mixture.
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
7. Sprinkle remaining cheese over quiche and bake 5 additional minutes.
